All in all this was a fantastic and convenient place for us to stay after an awesome show. Thank you!

Disliked: A little dirty under the sink counter in bathroom. Also while trying to take a shower the next morning there was a little water pressure problem, just made the shower take longer. No worries!

The room was nice; wish the website had said the pool was out of service though. It was nice having a computer/printer to use in the lobby.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to help; room was clean; bed comfortable;
Disliked: Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the bar supports; pool was not available - we chose the hotel for the pool; TV volume did not work - couldn't hear it;

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: It was extremely dirty, stains on the bed and in the bathroom, no shower curtain in the bathroom as well as some broken furniture. Left within 10 minutes of checking in and have still been waiting for my refund.

Liked: Breakfast was poor! No fruit or pastries.
Disliked: Didn’t have a TV remote in the room. Went to the desk and he gave me one which didn’t work at all went back and he gave me another one and it didn’t work so we spent the night with no TV remote.
