Liked: Staff was great and room was clean. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work but wasnt a big deal. I will be staying there again
Disliked: Nope it was borderline perfect

Liked: I liked Matt from the front desk. Very nice, helpful and courteous.
Disliked: My tv did not work. I waited over three hours for help. I called the front desk three times. First two calls I was lied to by the woman. She said she told Matt but third call Matt answered and said he had no idea and was not told! He came right to my room and replaced the HDMI cord and the problem was solved in less than five minutes! So frusted being lied to! Matt apologized several times and that made the situation a little easier to accept.

Liked: Location was good, decent enough price though could have gone cheaper for what you get, and larger than expected room
Disliked: Pretty outdated, very visible stains from previous visitors, ware and tear, and poor sound isolation from hallways.

Not sure I’d stay there...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Sat an entire day without tv because the desk guy didn’t know how to fix it .. no forks at breakfast
