Overall a good stay

Liked: Clean rooms. And comfy bed
Disliked: Its a sketchy area but good lighting. Smelled like marijuana outside but i guess all of Pheonix did. The lobby smelled funny.

Passable

Disliked: Noisy front desk and ice machine area during 'quiet' hours. Impossible to sleep well for work the following days. Enjoyed previous stays with room away from reception.

Bad

Liked: Nothing...horrible hotel. It is extremely unclean. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and should have been vacuumed. My bed was covered in God knows who's hair. The linen was dirty...I slept on the chair.
Disliked: Everything was bad .. except the breakfast. Nasty hotel.

Would visit again

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff from reception to cleaning staff. At one point we had two ways to complete a drive and one of the cleaning staff was helpful in recommending the more interesting of the two.
Disliked: The room house cleaning carts could have had a more permanent spot while not in use. But this did not effect my stay and would not stop me from aFuture stay.

Disliked: Area seemed sketchy.

Disliked: No pillows, the square pillows that were created were folded up sheets.
