Baymont by Wyndham Lynchburg

The staff was very courteous; room was clean and there were adequate pillows, but the bed was like sleeping on a board. The bathroom was very tiny and it was irritating to have the headlights from the traffic in the parking lot coming and going all night long flashing through the curtains. All in all it was a comfortable stay for one night.

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed; tiny bathroom; ground floor traffic pulling in and out of parking lot.

Liked: I would strongly recommend not booking at this hotel. We have contacted them several times to ask for a refund, including the night we did not stay, and they said they would but have not. When we arrived the first night which was the night of a graduation in Lynchburg, the room was so disgusting with mildew, mold, exposed lights, and bed bugs. I asked for a second room to see, and she did. Being 5 months pregnant and not wanting to inhale the toxins, we left to find another hotel room in Lynchburg at 5 times the rate, and we called to cancel that room and the next night.
Disliked: The room was disgusting and an unhealthy place to stay and broke code violations. The lights were not covered. There was mildew on the ceiling and on the mirror. There were stains on the floor, hair on the bed, and bed bugs. It also smelled strongly of weed. Please see photos. We reached out directly to them and we received an email saying that they would only return one night, which we haven't received.

Disliked: NOT worth th money! Rooms smell, tvs don't work, phone didn't work, panels missing or damaged in the ceiling, bathtubs were mildewed. Awful! We had 2 rooms and both were the same. Paid right at $400 per room,and they were terrible! He offed $ 25 per room credit if he couldn't get the tvs fixed. Gee, thanks. We won't be back.
