Disliked: Water color was yellowish on the first day; may be due to some repair work of water lines.

Comfortable room, nice staff, good...

Liked: The staff was nice and the 24 hour coffee was great. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the room was a good size.
Disliked: The room was a bit muggy no matter the AC temp. The view was pretty much nonexistent though it really didn't matter because we were only there one night and it didn't really matter.

Nice and clean.

Liked: Rooms were adjoining, as requested and they were clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was good. Sausages were cold. Waffles packed so tightly in case that they broke apart. Nice selection though.Pool was outdoors and weather caused closure (not their fault).A little too much scent from cleaning products.

Liked: Clean, good hot breakfast options from 6:30-9:30am, very kind and hardworking people, and lots of towels! Good shower and bath products too. Nice pool and pool towels. Close to Hersey Park, straight shot to the park and concert stadium. Also surrounded by affordable eateries and fast food restaurants.
Disliked: You have to have a car or catch a Uber/Lfyt. But it was very affordable coming from the train station and going to Hersey Park, so really no complaints!

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, and...

Liked: Super nice staff. Was happy to be accommodated with a top floor quiet room. When I had an issue with the toilet not working, it was immediately fixed. Manager was super nice and helpful. Plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast is lacking and could be better.

Liked: Room was clean. The mangers were very friendly. Dining area was very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast waffles should made in waffle iron, not pop in the toaster. Sausage should be browned not popped in the microwave. More choices of bagels. Not just plain. We didn’t like housekeeping coming in if we put out do not disturb. We stayed couple of days but you don’t need to come in and make the bed every day and change out towels every day.
