Baymont by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

Very pleased; would stay again; also recommend it if you are in town for an event at Greensboro Coliseum.

Liked: Nice and helpful employees at front desk; very nice, clean rooms; very clean breakfast area.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great for the price and an overnight stay.

Liked: The breakfast was great and my grandson enjoyed the waffle maker. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the hallway and in the rooms. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was slimy but the location was good.
Disliked: More staff for check in

Liked: There are no microwaves in the room" ice machine on the floor didn't work, had to enter from outside, no breakfast ran out at 9am, nothing like what's on booking.
Disliked: No Breakfast, bad neighborhood with the homeless in the parking lot, kids jumping the fence to the pool homeless eating the breakfast, just not a good location

Poor

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check in, cheap.
Disliked: The towels had obviously been re-used. There was makeup stains on the towel, hair in the bathroom, stains on the bedding. Didn't look like anything had been cleaned.

Liked: Great price!!
Disliked: Too many homeless people panhandling and hanging out in the parking lot.

Gross, not clean, bad area,...

Disliked: We stopped in Greensboro for the night on our way to Myrtle Beach for vacation. This property is gross. Just pulling into the parking lot you can tell it’s in a rough part of town, From the cars that look like they should be in a junk yard, to the people passed out on the sidewalks. When you walk into the building your hit in the face with the smell of mold and mildew.The receptionist I will say was absolutely amazing and none of it was his fault. However, we walked into the first room they put us into and I thought I was being punked. There was stuff all over the floor, like they didn’t have a vacuum or a broom to sweep, there was stains and hair all over the beds, sticky stuff on the tv stand, something (I wasn’t find out what) in the bathtub, and to top it all off there was pee in the toilet. I went back to the desk & the amazing receptionist switched our room.. By this point my husband had been outside talking to some of the locals and they had told him this hotel was not a safe place for kids or families.. it was just one night so I was going to try and push through that was until we got into the 2nd room. Upon entering I noticed that the floor was still very dirty. Crumbs, lint, hair, etc all over the floor. But the tub and toilet looked good and the sheets on the bed actually looked clean.. That is until my 7 year old sat down on one of the beds and said mommy the bed is wet. Thinking the bed was just cold and not actually wet I told him it was fine it’s not wet, to which my husband went and sat on it and said the same thing, the bed was wet, wet. At this point I’m thinking they are crazy it’s just cold making it feel like it’s wet… oh boy was I wrong.. I went over myself laid belly down on the bed and sure enough the bed was wet! And not just a damp blanket wet but wet I pulled the blanket away and laid directly on the sheet and yes still wet. This is when we decided this wasn’t going to be okay and we needed to leave.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating! Everything was clean. Felt very safe in the location and the hotel.
Disliked: Very little shampoo and conditioner in the rooms, but really not a big deal.

No problems

Liked: The AC worked very well on a hot day.
Disliked: NA
