Great for the price and an overnight stay.
Liked: The breakfast was great and my grandson enjoyed the waffle maker. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the hallway and in the rooms. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Liked: I like the employees and the location. The bathroom was beautiful but small and my room was a great size. I like that the dining area was a great size. I like that the rooms had chargers (USB and C) built-in everywhere in the room now that's a big plus.
Disliked: There wasn't an elevator and one side of my room smelled straight like old urine. I had to spray the carpet and the room with my room spray. I asked for extra wash clothes and towels in my reservations but did not get them. I asked the housekeeper for some and did not get them either. There weren't any light bulbs in the limps, well only one had a bulb in it. I didn't like that you had to go to the front desk and ask for some ice when it's an ice machine on the floor. The floors make so much noise when you walk.

Creepy Maintenance Guy Showing up...
Liked: I loved the location. The mall was nearby, lots of restaurants nearby and close to a major freeway. The front desk staff was very polite.
Disliked: We arrived for our stay on 04/24 and shortly after arriving I informed the front desk staff that there was a problem with our tv. Nothing was done. Friday morning as we went for breakfast (which is a whole other complaint) I mentioned to the morning front desk staff about the tv and she told me she’d send out maintenance to attend to it. Nothing was done. Upon our return to the room that evening I again approached staff about the tv and she was even nice enough to come to the room to see if she could do something about it. She unfortunately wasn’t able to get it working and said she would contact maintenance. This was at 8:30 at night an acceptable time for a maintenance person to come. At 1 in the morning my elderly mother woke up in a panic to let me know someone was knocking on the door, it’s the maintenance guy. Why would a maintenance person feel the need to come to check out the tv at 1 in the morning? How absolutely creepy is that? He came in the room and did the same thing to the tv I had done, less than the front desk attendant and stayed in my room for TWO FRIGGING HOURS before admitting he didn’t know what he was doing. Baymont management I need someone to explain why first and foremost your maintenance guy came to my room at 1 in the morning? Why he came to my room at that time to work on the tv knowing he didn’t know anything about how to fix the tv? Why he remained in my room for two hours? I am so thankful I was traveling with family, I cannot adequately describe the sense of fear that keeps washing over me as I keep asking myself what made him think that was good idea? My family checked out on Sunday 4/27 at 8:50 am and honestly if I could have found somewhere else for us to go for Saturday night I would have cut my stay at this hotel short after that experience. I stopped and asked the young lady at the front desk if there was anyone available for me to speak to and she told me that management wasn’t there at the time.
