Liked: staff was very helpful when needed, also very friendly
Disliked: the only type of tea available was green tea, a regular black tea would be nice

Liked: Conveniently located. Off the roadway so was safe for kids to be out on spacious field and play area, Nice sitting area in front of room, room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Good

Disliked: Great place and the owners are trying very hard but I wouldn't come back for one reason: no coffee in the rooms and the "breakfast" doesn't open until 8 am. I would say over half the customers had left before 8. Every place I've ever stayed either had 1) coffee maker in the room or 2) coffee on demand in the office 24/7 or 3) coffee in the office/breakfast nook by 6:30 am at the latest.

Disliked: good people but not like sign in bathroom boil water warning, they try but still wrong.

Liked: Breakfast was poor. Very little options , no fresh fruit , no cream cheese for bagels, no hot water for instant package oatmeal.
Disliked: They were on a boil order and offered my family of 4 with large dog, 4 small individual sized bottles of water for the stay. Had to demand more water. Could not bath my small children or shower and we were there for several days. Was not notified in advance even though I contacted them the ay before we were set to arrive

Liked: The bed was very good ,the staff was nice and her recommendation for dinner was great
Disliked: Did not go to breakfast due to the boil water advisory which we were not informed about. The view was not the bay but an ugly building
