Bay Club Hotel and Marina

Apart from check in staff,...

Liked: Location and the happy hour offerings .Super quiet too, slept so well.
Disliked: Check in , was told 4pm , we had called hotel from Las Vegas airport explaining wife was feeling sick .She had a fever and vomiting. On arrival around 12.30pm we was told we could get a room sooner, wait by pool. They said we would get a phone call as soon as a room was ready .Hotel was very quiet, hardly any cars or guests. Finally at 4pm we asked and they gave us our room .

Everything exceeded my expectations except...

Liked: The only thing I thnk the hotel could improve is the shower,the water came out of the shower due to the shower head force and blew out the shower curtain so it made the water come out all over the floor
Disliked: The shower

Pleasant

Liked: Great location, friendly staff
Disliked: Alot of noise, with loud music by the dock, people running and yelling down the hall several times during the night(after midnight), people from the top floor were loud(sounded like they stomped around). Limited parking and small tight parking lot.

Bad

Disliked: AC broken in July. Room was hot and muggy for 2 days. Tried to tell someone at front desk but no one around. Left early. Paid $1000 for that.

Fun and comfortable stay for...

Liked: Location is great, we were here for 4th of july and enjoyed the fireworks over the bay. The kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. There was a small stretch of beach across the street for the kids to play at.
Disliked: My only complaint was the mini fridge. It wasn’t very cold and i had breast milk that needed to be kept cold. The walls were also thin i could hear my neighbors talking. This didn’t bother me much though because they were not disruptive. I just hope we weren’t a bother with our baby crying.
