Liked: Incredible view from the property and Chris was the most helpful person EVER. He made the trip so much better. He also makes an amazing breakfast! Easy walk from the train station and a short walk to local shops and bars. I’ll miss waking up at the Bay and Bridge!

Nice view of Edinburgh City...

Liked: The city view is nice because the property is on top of a hill. The train station is 10-15 walk. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is modern and nicely updated but wish the mirror was lower for those with height challenges. Enjoyed soaking in the tub. The host offered to drive us and our luggage to the train station on our last day. It is in a nice neighborhood but not conveniently near Edinburgh. The original plan was to drive but ended up using public transit.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I presumed "Bed and Breakfast" included breakfast in the fee but we were told it was an additional 12 each for my daughter and myself. We arrived later because of train delays from Inverness and couldn't easily get a taxi from the train station. I got microwave food from the petrol market nearby. When I asked if I could microwave it, I was told I could not and that I would need to pay 10 each for the host to do it for us. We were told that we could not eat it indoors if we did pay to warm it and that we had to be charged to eat at a table inside. It was obvious the host was annoyed that we were later than planned, even though they knew the reason. We arrived before 10pm after finally finding a taxi an hour and a half after our train arrived. It was the first time I have felt unwelcomed at a Bed and Breakfast both in the US but also at other Ireland and Scotland stays during this vacation. We also could easily hear the footsteps and all sounds from the upstairs visitors. The room is small but is adequate for those without much luggage, I admittedly had too much for our long vacation.

Liked: The property was absolutely beautiful and the views were incredible. Furnishings and bed/room were immaculately clean and maintained.The hosts were the nicest approachable people who made are stay so relaxed.
