Liked: travel and location
Disliked: The fridge did have a broken freezer door and did freeze the drinks in the door, safety box was broken and cloak smell in the bathroom, did complain but was not fixed.

Liked: Staff was helpful, it was clean and close to the city centre
Disliked: Parking exists but not in the same building (a 100m walk) and is subject to an extraIt was difficult to ask online for a cot but they provided it shortly after we asked to reception by phone

Great hotel for the location,...

Liked: Great evening staff, the gentleman at the reception was super helpful with our request to bring a baby cot to our room. The location is very good, right next to Markt.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The bed was made super poorly, where the sheets were already tangled and lumpy under the duvet when arriving to the room. The hand soap was hard enough to peel your skin off. Not all of the lights were working, so we had to rely on just one dimly lit red light lamp for the entire evening. In reality it would be a good, basic two star business hotel, if only the price would match the quality. To charge a 4 star price for the 2 star quality is a long stretch.
