Disliked: there should be more support for visitors using the bath and shower eg grab rails to help getting in and out safely.

For the money it was...

Liked: Staff were fantastic, good value for money on the deal I got, good location, it's an ok hotel and good for the price, food was ok, not gourmet but you get a lot for your money....my review would not have been a good as one if it wasn't for the staff, they are holding that hotel together, really, really great Staff!!!
Disliked: Disappointed the Pool was closed, the place could do with a lick of paint and some maintenance........but for the money it was bang on......if they did do it up I would happily pay more to go there, as long as they have the same standard of Staff

Never again.

Disliked: Room was horrendous - no windows, no air conditioning, uncomfortable bed, nasty bathroom, dim, dirty and generally an awful place to try and sleep. Like a big cell. I struggled to sleep and couldn't wait to leave.

Liked: I paid for a late check out but staff woke me up and I got Threatened by the receptionist , I had a dog with me and the cleaner came in without knocking and the dog frightened her off , I was so unhappy with the receptionist, and she said I hadn’t paid , but showed her the receipt, but she still did not believe me , and the. She said she had updated the computer and it did say I had paid
