Will stay here on next...
Liked: Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Very good value on a Sunday night. Staff knowledgeable and helpful - late arrival so kitchen was closed but good recommendations.
Disliked: Irritating slow entry barrier after a 5 hour drive. Very minor point.

Relaxing comfortable 2 day stay.
Liked: Hotel Location and easy to find. Friendly staff and relaxing areas. Great King size bed.
Disliked: Long delay in getting tea's and coffee at breakfast. Many guests had to ask for these drinks after meal chosen. Mote than 10 minutes delay before drinks poured. However the breakfast meal was excellent.

Okay stay
Liked: The room was lovley, afternoon tea was good and the spa was nice
Disliked: At the start, we were booked into the wrong room and had to report to reception to move. The cold shower in the morning as the boiler hadn't been switched on in the new build. This wasn't ideal as my friend was 7 months pregnant.

Average stay good room but...
Liked: The room was clean and tidy plus comfy the staff was ok
Disliked: Paying extra for spa £10 each wasn't worth it should have been included in price.Didn't get given towels for spa.Pool area was noisy ,over crowded did report to manager who was helpful and give another session but no hot tub just a round extra bit of pool and had to wait for saunas,heat beds plus steam room £100 room hold charge till you leave.Breakfast was tasty but big crowd came in together spoiled the relaxing theme

Very underwhelming for the price...
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Lack of attentiveness from the staff, dirty tables left in the restaurant, took 15 minutes for staff to come and see what drinks we would like, then another 30 before they arrived due to barrel change. Meanwhile sat amongst dirty tables. Moved to the bar area where people were brought to complain to the manager where you could hear everything. Not very professional. Drinks were being served in wrong glasses - 1664 served in carlsberg glasses, bar area leaking in with water and dehumidifiers working covered by two sales boards. Ill fitting carpet in the room. Generator/air conditioning units on outside the bedroom window left on all night, along with a bottle of peroni. Guy in the room next door on the phone at 7am complaining to reception about poor nights sleep due to the noise. And to top it off - a £100 deposit taken on arrival.

Liked: Room was lovely very big very very very comfortable bed. We was just a little late getting up for the breakfast so missed out on things and the breakfast was just warm but other than that had a great stay. Will be back

Not the experience i expected
Liked: Location to family
Disliked: Disappointed Room not ready on arrival and changed to alternate after waiting 20 minutes.No soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion in bathroom but did ask reception and they brought some to the roomShower head wouldn’t stay up as rail broken.
