Very good

Liked: Nice pleasant hotel. Stayed there before. Clean tidy rooms and general facilities in the part that is in use.Breakfast when available was good.
Disliked: Found out that breakfast wasn't available on a monday, despite there being no warning until I went to eat. Price of breakfast had been prepaid.

Would never recommend or stay...

Liked: Beds clean, towels clean
Disliked: Dirty stained carpet throughout the hotel, no kettle or fridge in room very hot in room, Staff member wouldn’t even give us a cup of ice Town dump behind the hotel Breakfast ☹️The picture of the hotel you use isn’t how the hotel looks unfortunately I didn’t take one as I didn’t want a reminder.

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: Very run down and dated. No tv in our room as stated on booking. Staff were scruffy in the evening when we checked in. Stair carpets were dirty and hadn’t seen a hoover in weeks. Breakfast was dry and not hot. pastries looked unappetising. Fresh fruit was ok. Thank fully our bed linen was clean

Liked: The staff are lovely very friendly and helpful in fact couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with us - good breakfast - our room was huge clean with comfortable beds and we slept very well
Disliked: The hotel is getting old but that’s reflected in what you pay to stay - we thought it was great value for money- we were staying to be near family and it served our purposes more than adequately - with the added bonus of lovely helpful staff great breakfast and large clean rooms with comfy beds we booked a room with two double beds

Liked: The room we stayed in was beautiful the bed was very comfy the room was big enough well worth the money
Disliked: Didn't have air conditioning with it being so hot really could of done it with and I really think it should well all rooms should have a walk in shower which would make the bathrooms bigger and easier for cleaners to clean the lights on the bed didn't work but they did have big bedside lamps

Disliked: Tv signal was bad. WiFi service was intermittent at best.
