Room was smaller than in most HIE but adequate for the two of us for a short stay. Excellent service though.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean and pleasant.
Disliked: If you're a light sleeper, the street noise will bother you. Bring a fan or something to drown out the noise.

Great for the location and...

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful.Room clean and bed comfortable. Amazing location.
Disliked: The valet parking was a very disappointing experience. On our last day, the hotel actually lost my car keys, and we had to wait two hours to access my car—fortunately, we had a spare key inside the car. In addition, most times we requested our car, it took quite a while for them to bring it around. Honestly, public parking would have been a much better option.As for the breakfast, the food was good, but on Saturday during the busy 4th of July weekend, the hotel was packed, and we ended up waiting 35 minutes in a long line just to get our meal.

smelly rooms, avoid long stays

Liked: The staff working in hotel is good and very nice people especially ones working to serve breakfast. The breakfast was good and good options.
Disliked: The room are designed with so bad ventilation that room was smelling so bad. Not sure if this is due to uncleaned bedsheets they have been using, or bad ACs etc. but the sweaty, piss like smell was very strong, we had informed the person on front desk about this and they didn't do anything other than taking a note. I feel this will be the situation in all rooms as hotel is old, carpet etc. old. This is hotel management issue than staff. so zero star for hotel management. I can't select anything less than 1 star so that is for good staff at breakfast.
