Liked: Great facilities, really friendly staff. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Location is a mile from town centre

Good value hotel and well...

Liked: Kyle was really nice and helpful. Nice room and breakfast. I would stay there again if I visited Barmouth
Disliked: Opening and closing the railway gates everything time to enter or leave the property

Disliked: Quite a long way from Barmouth town centre (as stated in the details)

Great find would stay again

Liked: Great quiet private small guest house run by lovely people, warm welcome, we had a large suite with 2 rooms en suite and lounge area, access to the garden via a nice patio. 1 minute walk to the beach and less than a mile flat walk along the promenade into Barmouth town. Highly recommend. The guest house is also perfectly adapted for people with disabilities.

Liked: We were not advised that breakfast was not actually at the venue and was given a voucher for somewhere else in the town centre.
Disliked: Not being able to book in at 3pm which was a shame. The room was nice but just disappointed about breakfast ect.

Good stay , facilities not...

Liked: size of room, good wifi, friendly staff comfortable beds
Disliked: No curtains on the patio just blinds didnt feel very private. The bathroom didnt smell clean. Preferred the. restaurant be open and serving breakfast / dinner as opposed to being given voucher and driving into town
