Nice location and service, but...

Liked: The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and professional. Room cleaning was also excellent – tidy, thorough, and consistent throughout the stay.
Disliked: At check-in, we were given a room with one double bed instead of the two single beds we had booked. Initially, the staff said there were no available rooms to switch. However, when my friend mentioned contacting Booking.com support, a suitable room suddenly became available. This was disappointing and felt dishonest.

Liked: Spotless clean. Room was spacious and bathroom was lovely. Location was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Great location in the city...

Liked: Excellent location as a bar for exploring the city, with many nearby sights and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are very small for the price, although functional. The very extensive construction outside of the hotel (not their fault) was loud and disruptive to traffic and pedestrians.

Liked: Location, very friendly personnel, excelente breakfast, large and comfortable room.
Disliked: There was major working going on the street facing the hotel, so it was noisy. The staff should had put a notice on their website informing the potential guests about this issue.
