Excellent spa and near Bath

Liked: Staff friendly and efficient and my room 19 very comfortable and directly opposite the spa entrance
Disliked: check wallpaper in the bar!

Lovely couples get away.

Liked: Loved the spa! Lovely room and some amazing features in the building. Staff were lovely and friendly. Evening food was delicious.
Disliked: The decor is 'patchy' some lovely design but in places a little unloved and lacking cohesion. We were woke by a noise but the team were lovely and came straight up to help us. The breakfast menu didn't have clear pricing and was expensive for quite standard fare.

Liked: The room was great, we were able to control the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shore was great.
Disliked: The food. My partner’s Cauliflower starter seemed like it was made with stale vegetable.

Terrible Experience

Liked: Nothing extremely disappointed
Disliked: Everything I have put a full compliant to booking.com, your customers are getting a raw deal, this hotel was being rennovated but the basic standards are not there, room was old and tired had to walk up four flights of stairs these rooms was not advise on your platform and was being used to house construction workers which were moved as we were not happy with our first attic room and get moved next door where the internet devise on the wall light the room up like daylight and could not be turned off. No phone to contact reception. Really fed up of paying more money for such poor hospitality. If you renovating the hotel you cannot use this as the reason that the service is poor given to paid customers.

Back to 90s

Liked: Pretty good quality breakfast and guy at reception was kind either.Nice garden view. But that's it.
Disliked: Our room was absolutely disaster. Broken window .lots of rust in bathroom, probably since 90s nobody touched ( refurbished ) this room. We were really unhappy use shower .Very old fashion looking ( 90's) room. £25 fee for a our little dog already discounted as we been told is ridiculous.
