Homemade bread freshly squeezed orange juice and local jams cheeses and bacon feature on the award-winning breakfast. Superb

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, and there were lots of little things provided to make the stay more comfortable. I particularly liked having access to fresh milk in the guest fridge.

If you need a pleasant...

Liked: Very friendly and informative proprietors. Told us about things to do around town, places to eat, things to see. Had lots of books about the area in the sitting room. Very nice. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Lovely garden. Plenty of on-street parking.
Disliked: Nothing to report here.

Liked: Location, ease of parking, 10 minute walk to town.Quiet period property with fabulous gardens and views over the Northern Fells.

A great B&B for a...

Liked: The lady who owns the property was very attentive. She catered really well for my gluten intolerance. Bed was amazingly comfortable,
Disliked: Can’t say there was anything I disliked and would certainly stay again.
