Don't stay here

Liked: The speed of full refund I was given.
Disliked: Unfortunately Balmoral Lodge is nothing like the pictures (which are from some years ago when it was in its hey day). You access the property by getting a key from a lock box, on arrival the carpets and Lino were all lifted on the way to the room. The room I had been assigned (room 9), was dirty, had mould on the walls, peeling wallpaper, stained bed sheets and felt and smelt damp. We left within 30 mins, instead booking into the local premier inn.

Liked: Very spacious and great garden. Took our dogs so great for them.

Liked: Nothing I have got video of bedroom and bathroom very poor worst we have been to
Disliked: Wallpaper dropping off walls and stains on wall Wall socket loose at side of bed hole in top cover on bed diva cover split bathroom was dirty and toilet seat loose

Disliked: Very very dated . Almost felt neglected . My room stank of cigarette smoke from previous occupier . Why not open window when room cleaned .
