Beautiful!

Liked: Amazing location and beautiful building :) Perfect for our night stay

Very nice place and the...

Liked: I really like the location. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast venue, it did not say anything in the description that we have to cross the street to get to the other building to have breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: This is my third time staying at Balmoral House Hotel, and I will definitely be coming back! The staff are so lovely and helpful, the location is right near Paddington train station and the complimentary breakfast is delicious!

Good for one night

Liked: It was a small room but enough for 1 person for the night.Clean enough but in need of refurbishment. The location is fantastic, and that's reflected in the price.
Disliked: The receptionist was quite grumpy. Clearly, it wasn't a good day for him.

Bear Necessities

Liked: Good location, very close to Paddington Station
Disliked: No lift and difficulty in carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor. The room was very hot and some air conditioning was very good. Not enough tables and seats in the dining area for breakfast either.
