Exactly what we needed for...

Liked: Very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Also had a fan in the room, which was definitely needed.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better for vegetarians and maybe offer a choice of cooked meat and different eggs.

Very disappointed.

Liked: First time in my travel with room no air conditioner, no refrigerator, no desk and a tiny bathroom. Only plus is their location close to train station.
Disliked: The hotel not equip to standard

Liked: We loved the location..so very near Paddington! the staff were great and very helpful

All in all position of...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Had to ask multiple times for the fan in our room to be fixed. Was not done until our last day.Bathroom sink in the main room off putting.

Definitely going back - nice...

Liked: Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms and smoke detectors in good working order - I'd rather have the alarm raised at 5 in the morning than burning to toast in my bed :-)
Disliked: Reception and dining room in the other Balmoral Hotel across the road - might merit mentioning this fact in the hotel info on the internet so guests arriving know where to check in straight away and don't have to trundle along the street twice with all their heavy luggage
