Liked: Location
Disliked: Not clean (door knob, service door hanger was disgusting, carpet and couch many stains), bed soft/sagging, three pillows for 2 people (need two each when sitting on bed to watch tv), took good two minutes of running the bathroom tap to get water warm, shower temp constantly fluctuating. Upon arrival were given key to obviously occupied room, luckily those guests were not there when we came in.

Liked: Staff on check in was very friendly. Easy checkout. Great car park.
Disliked: We wouldn’t have booked if we had known the rooms in apartment didn’t have air con or fans. Instead the lounge room had an air con and that was it. Also the cutlery, shower and floors were dirty.

Liked: Beds were comfy and staff are friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are very overpriced and not reflective of the photos. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke so curtains needed washing to get rid of the smell. Shower was ordinary and soap continually leaks over the vanity. Location is horrible as you listen to trucks braking all through the night - very noisy location.

I would probably stay here...

Liked: Was clean and had all the basic amenities. Quiet through the night great house keeping staff
Disliked: Requested a cot and had to ring in the morning and make sure I was having one supplied. When I arrived a cot was in the room with no base supplied and house keeping couldn’t locate a base so a couple of blankets were the only thing she could find. She was very helpful just a shame the cot supplied wasn’t safe and wasn’t big enough for a not even 2 year old.
