We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: It was clean and spacious. Location is great and a very nice pool/lounge area.

Superb

Hope to have a better...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the location and balcony views are great. The rooms are quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: The pool closes at 6. the room was a little dirty, the bathroom was really dirty. Bed was really uncomfortable.

WORST

Disliked: Temperature in room was very very cold.. about 60 degrees.There was no comforter in the bed. Only bed sheet. We did not sleep.They gave us the very last room in the back even though motel was empty.We just stayed in only for one night. We expect FULL REFUND.

Liked: Pool set is nice. Location to beach excellent

Liked: Room was good. We are returning patrons to Bal Harbour. I really like it there.
Disliked: The pull out couch in our room was put together with zip ties at the bottom of the couch.

Liked: Location was perfect. Right on the beach, easy to get around the hotel.
Disliked: Was a little confused by the bedding. There didn’t seem to be a comforter? Only 2 thin sheets. Thankfully we brought an extra blanket. Food was terrible but honestly we didn’t care because there were so many good restaurants in town!
