Liked: Nothing to complain about at all

Outside and communal areas are...

Liked: The buildings and gardens are lovely, the staff are attentive, and the bar was open late for us after a long day!
Disliked: While the outside and the communal areas were quite grand, the rooms themselves were very much of a 'Travelodge' ilk — what we'd tried to avoid. Also unfortunately the people in the room above us were ... enjoying each other literally the whole night, and a thin ceiling meant almost no sleep.
