Great staff, comfortable stay

Liked: Bill was great! The owner/concierge/manager/maintenance guy…. He was a one man show practically…. Any issues you have, he would immediately address…. Made the stay very pleasant!

Disliked: The lights didn't work. It smelled bad when you walked in the front door . And the whole time you were there

Quite unpleasant.

Liked: Location. Shower was hot.
Disliked: Facility is generally ill maintained. Room was depressingly dingy with no amenities and bathroom needs great maintenance attention.

Unpleasant

Liked: Microwave,TV and fridge worked
Disliked: Overall the room was not very clean. The shower drained really slow to where you were standing in 8-10” of water. The toilet didn’t drain very well. Definitely a reason it was the cheapest option in Dickinson. I will not be staying there again. Will for sure be paying the extra $10-$20 a night to stay somewhere nicer.
