Disappointing

Liked: Location was perfect, lovely historic building, plenty of free parking.
Disliked: Rooms were quite shabby and needed updating, lack of maintenance and repair etc.

Bad sleep

Liked: The cleaning staff wore friendly
Disliked: Unwelcome.at repection, plug in the sink missing shower fitting broken ,wasn't Informed that was Scaffolding on the front of the building after a restless night sleep due to people arguing and police turning up

Liked: Good location, nice staff.
Disliked: There was a floor refurb happening across the ground floor which restricted some facilities (food/bar).Mattress was rock hard, broken drawers in room, all a bit of an uplift needed overall.
