Exceptional

Liked: Everything the staff was very nice and the rooms are very nice and clean

Nice staff and close proximity...

Liked: I arrived after 9 PM and was pleased to meet a very friendly person at the front desk to receive me. Later, the same person tried to solve my phone problems. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. For a room near the airport, this was nice and getting there was easy too.
Disliked: My first impression of the room was not ideal because it looked a bit rundown and I found a toothbrush on the floor as I stepped into the room. Later, I found the outlets in the bathroom and the safe lockbox did not work. It was nice to have a hot breakfast, but there wasn't any fresh fruit available.

Disliked: Told staff there was a bug in the bathroom they said they’d deep clean it and it didn’t look like it was deep cleaned. First day staying there my baby’s socks turned black from crawling on the floor. That night I requested room to be cleaned the next day especially the floor to be mopped. Getting extra towels was like an issue made me feel like it wasn’t ok to ask for extra towels as if we were going to steal it them or something.
