Liked: The room was clean and spacious, just as described, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and warm, making our stay extra special. The hotel itself is centrally located - just a few minutes away from the underground, tram, and train station. The city centre is just a 10 minute walk away. This definitely is a bonus and helps with one's travelling logistics. We did not partake of breakfast.

Liked: The hotel cleanliness and amenities were good.
Disliked: The location could be a bit shady at night. Not sure if this area is family friendly or safe.

Liked: Good breakfast buffet and quite good location - close to the central station.
Disliked: The room was not very clean (a lot of dust was there in the heater, as well as on the tea packages and behind the bed). The way in which the hotel addressed the issue that occurred during my stay was very unsatisfying.
