Quaint, charming room in a...

Liked: The staff were super friendly, and any question I had was answered, and every request I made taken care of immediately. I had them leave my room alone and only clean it when I requested it in the morning on my way out, and they always made sure it was done.
Disliked: I loved being on the top floor, but people with difficulty with narrow stairs (and no elevator) would obviously have issues with that bit. Similarly, I was fine with an open window, but during London's heatwave some people might have needed aircon

Liked: The room was light and airy, comfy beds and en suite ok. Very reasonable price for the triple room. Good location and easy walk to train and underground. Very friendly and helpful staff, looking after our luggage and dealing with a hot water issue, for which we received a refund. Good service.
Disliked: We didn't have hot water (which wasn't a problem as it's summer). The staff were apologetic and we received a refund, so I'm pleased and will book here again.

Liked: Helpful, friendly staff
Disliked: Shower was mouldy, carpet felt questionably clean, it was in the basement (below garden level) and despite a window in the well when I went to crack it open gently people were looking through the other window at 11pm across the way making it feel unsafe to leave open for some airflow so it was very stuffy. The lamp beside the bed had no switch to turn it on that I could find. I'd never stay in that room again. I wonder what if their other rooms are any better.
