Disliked: No lifts but the staff were very helpful with moving luggage to the top most floor, where the room was.

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel. Easy walk from the station after a long journey and in a beautiful Edwardian square, trees and park. The hotel itself is bijou, full of character and colour. I loved how they used the space to make a comfortable room with shower and desk and bed, everything you need, with the high ceilings and tall windows and balconies. Warm colours of gold and red, a lovely hot Grohe shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The staff were friendly and 24 hour and I woke up to tennis players outside in the park. Some might call it "dated" but it's clearly built to last, durable, solid, sturdy and secure. A gorgeous building in a wonderful location and the price is outstanding. I've already booked to return.
Disliked: There is NOTHING I didn't like! I would only like to explore more.
