The initial disappointment of having...

Liked: Friendly very obliging staff. Location could not be faulted. Clean in all areas. Breakfast was amazing. Really good value for money.
Disliked: I had requested a room on a low floor due to medical and mobility reasons stated on the request. We were given a room on the 4th floor initially but the staff arranged for a lower floor after the first night.

Good times

Liked: Close to public transport and local bars,ideal for visiting bst at Hyde park,20 minute walk,nice room and choice of full English breakfast,staff very friendly and helpful,would not hesitate to stay again.
Disliked: Nothing major,maybe breakfast time could be extended a little,ends at 9 o'clock, sometimes we all need a little lie in
