Liked: The only thing good about this hotel was the location - a couple blocks from Paddington Station.
Disliked: When we got to the hotel, the receptionist said we could switch our triple room to a double room so we didn’t have to walk up the stairs to the third floor. We still had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and there was no compensation in the price. There were only 2 towels in the very tiny room. There was no air conditioning and you had to step out of the bathroom to wash your hands at the sink.

Personnel, breakfast and location balanced...

Liked: Breakfast was very good.The room was small but it's surface was well used.Location excellent, next to Paddington Station.Personnel always ready to help, including keeping the baggage before check-in or after check-out.
Disliked: Noise and vibrations due to metro line/lines, seemed to run right under Hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was small bathroom was tiny. Room was dusty. Bed had seen better days. The duvet was thick and not suitable for a really hot night. I stayed in room 25
