Liked: We love the staff, amenities and location!
Disliked: Our key kept having issues and our fireplace didn't work. We had a few people look at it and couldn't get it to work. That was the only down side. Fireplace would have been nice!

Liked: Love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. They encourage time to relax and unwind. Social times included fantastic foods and wines.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like!

Nice Hotel with Added Touches

Liked: This hotel was recommended to me and I'm glad I booked it. It is in a prime location off the main street. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was a change from the average run of the mill hotel. The extras were a nice treat, from the morning croissants to the lunchtime nachos and the dinnertime pie and ice cream. The only drawback for me was the lack of a toilet seat lid, I ended up using a towel as a cover.
Disliked: I did not like that there was not a toilet lid. I hope in the future something can be done about this.
