Avance Hotel

Would totally stay here again.

Liked: This was such a beautiful quiet little oasis. Having the studio suite made it feel more homey than a generic hotel room. Having the continental breakfast appear magically every morning in the office was great.
Disliked: The wifi was so slow as to be unusable in our suite. Apparently it was better in other suites, but we had to go sit outside the office if we wanted to get on the internet or download a show to watch.

Liked: It is no longer around as the property was sold one day after we left

Disliked: Small pool and hot tub.

Great Location, Small Rooms.

Liked: The location was great, close to everything. We did not have warm weather, so we didn't use the pool or our terrace, but the hot tub was great. We were leaving one day and the housekeeper identified herself, said she was leaving, but asked if there was anything we needed. Very nice of her!
Disliked: The continental breakfast was minimal but I will say that I like quality baked goods. We used the kitchenette and went out for good bagels (Townie Bagels!) for breakfast.

Very good

Liked: We were very happy with the cleanliness of the suite and the property. We also had a small situation within the first day of our stay and the hotel staff handled it very well!
Disliked: The bed is oddly high, although very comfortable. It was a little cool at night and the HVAC is a little temperamental.

Clean, quiet, cozy place.

Liked: Nice, cozy atmosphere.
Disliked: We were told there was propane for bbq, but it was empty. They didn’t bring new tank until 9 pm— had to go out to eat.

Liked the kitchenette and pool...

Liked: Almost no breakfast. Coffee and some pre-packaged muffins, pretty much it.Location in Palm Springs fine.
Disliked: The platform bed wasn’t very good or the oversized pillows

Great, low key, well kept...

Liked: Quiet spot, away from traffic noise, with a small pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen supplies were adequate.BBQ on site. Decent continental breakfast. Convenient to airport and downtown PS.
Disliked: Limited sunlight in the pool area.
