Liked: The staff was kind and welcoming, and they allowed me to change rooms, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good as well and the operator was very patient.
Disliked: I did like the first room on the outdoor side, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible to rest properly as all the noise from people walking, laughing, or gathering by the pool carried straight up. When I was moved to the room in the enclosed building, it was much quieter and more enjoyable, but I experienced issues with the heater for two nights in a row. it was not very cleaned on the way to elevators,So overall, the stay was okay — but not perfect

Liked: It’s such a wonderful hotel. It’s intimate , well sized , it’s personal yet private and very comfortable . I wish all hotels are like this
