Very good

Liked: The location is amazing, - restaurants and metro are close by. The Eiffel tower is only 2 km away so can also be done by foot. The area is safe. Beda are comfortable.The hotel is good enough, don't expect luxury - the hotel does a fair job for the value of money.
Disliked: The hotel has old infrastructure and could be seen somewhat unmaintained like a broken tile and somewhat dirty shower curtains,, however that can be ignored

Pleasant

Liked: Room was small but comfortable and had a nice balcony and view. Appreciated there being a lift and staff were helpful and responsive.
Disliked: Not close to main attractions, need to use at least 2 often 3 metro lines to reach attractions. Shower was very small and the room and bathroom were a bit run down. Pillow was also very small.
