A pleasant stay

Liked: I think the word "pleasant" fits very well for my experience, for a three night stay in Paris when we basically were out in the city the whole time and only stayed in the hotel for the night. For this purpose this hotel is fitting. We had a private bathroom, a comfortable bed, the staff was polite, the rooms and the bathroom were cleaned daily. If you don't mind the old and unmodern aesthetic of the interior and furniture and a small size of the room, it is certainly not a bad choice, but nothing to write home about.
Disliked: The room was small, the furniture was old, on the hallway the carpets had some holes in them. However, it was relatively cheap and there were no complications during my stay.

Liked: We were very happy with both the apartment and the host. It’s a perfect place for a family and very conveniently located near Disneyland. Armand is a very friendly and responsible host. Right after booking, he explained everything to us via WhatsApp in great detail to make sure we had a comfortable stay.He also left us and our child lots of nice treats, and we really appreciated the fresh pastries in the morning – thank you, Armand!The apartment was spotless, tidy, and very well maintained. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to all our friends. Totally worth it

Liked: Aircondition during the heat wave.The stuff was very supportive The location is good and close to the underground
Disliked: The hotel is not well maintained. Thankfully, the front desk staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a room with air conditioning due to the Paris heatwave. Unfortunately, the upgraded room smelled strongly of cigarettes — like staying in an ashtray. Since it was either that or a room without AC, we chose the first option. We had two rooms, and only one had the odor issue. It was just one night, so we're glad it's behind us. It seems they may be in the process of replacing the carpet, so hopefully that will help. The location is great, and the staff were kind and responsive, so I really hope things improve soon.

Liked: Cozy, Clean, and Great Location — Worth It!I stayed here with my mother and my 10-year-old nephew for his birthday trip, and we all really enjoyed it. The room was small but very clean, and the bathroom was great — the shower in particular was really nice. There were cute little windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom that gave us a lovely, authentic Parisian feel.The neighborhood was also a big plus. There were small cafés and even a pizza place just around the corner. It felt like a very safe and pleasant area — we walked back late at night a few times and never felt unsafe. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from Metro Line 12, so getting to the main sights was quick and easy.The staff wasn’t the friendliest, but they were professional and did their job. Our towels were changed daily, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a great value for the price. I would definitely stay there again!
