Nightmare non-refundable experience

Liked: It’s location is ok. There is 86 bus direct to the eiffel tower.
Disliked: The floor is made with tiles. It’s very cold. There are no chairs in the room. There are no floor mats or carpets in the room. The charging port is way too far from the bed.The bed is placed at a risky angle on a broken edge and the ladder is placed straight above that. It’s very risky to go up the bed without another person holding the bed steady.We booked the whole room and asked the staff to skip cleaning as we have our stuff in the room unpacked. They declined. They asked us to pack all our stuff every day and place the suitcase on the bed. The lockers in the room didn’t work either.The toilet commode doesn’t have enough space for a person about 5’10 to fit.

Liked: If you are on a budget it’s okay place to stay
Disliked: If you want to stay after 11 am for X-Y reasons at the hostel. They don’t allow you. You have to get outside. I get it that they need to clean but if I want to relax at my room why should it be a problem?You give always the card (key) of the room to reception, which is okay but then again everyone can come and ask my room number and just take the key… just like that…The rooms are dirty, a lot of mold and humidity. There are not enough sockets for electricity, and if there are they can’t “grip” properly your charger and your charger gets disconnected. The cleaning stuff is super rude. We booked a place with 4 beds in the same room instead we got a place with 2 levels each level with 2 beds.

Disliked: This was honestly one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had. The place was not clean, and hygiene seemed like an afterthought. When I arrived, I was left waiting for over 40 minutes at reception with no communication — just completely ignored.The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, so sleeping was a struggle. What’s worse, they force you to leave your room in the middle of your stay for cleaning, even if you don’t want your room cleaned. No choice, no flexibility.To top it off, they make you leave your room key at the reception every time you go out, which is just inconvenient and feels unnecessary — especially when the staff aren’t always attentive.Would definitely not stay here again. There are better, cleaner, and more respectful places out there.
