Liked: Very modern hotel & rooms.Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive! Food was lovely - menu ranging between £10-30 with buffet costing £20pp. Easy car parking
Disliked: I booked this property as I wanted to use the leisure facilities however the pool was shut on the day I came which was disappointing and I wasn’t able to use it the next morning due to being short of time but at least they are maintaining it! The fire alarm went off 2 x just before 7am … also not an issue as at least the alarms work but it was also abit of a shock first thing in the morning.I requested a double bed on booking as I was driving a long distance to the hotel (4+ hours) straight after work which I started very early, upon arrival I was told there were no double beds available (even though I received an email prior saying they accepted my request) the receptionist managed to find one but the issue was it was a restaurant facing window which is inside… I thought this was fine as I’d happily sacrifice a view for a good sleep. Got in the room and was greeted with 2 single beds and an inside facing window so it was a lose lose situation really. However the room was very clean and comfortable regardless but wish my request was followed through considering it was accepted when booking.

Superb

Liked: Very close to Hatton Cross Underground station, so perfect location for an early morning flight from Heathrow airport. Planes were flying in overhead but you wouldn't know unless looking out of the window, the soundproofing is that good.Very comfortable room and tasty food in the restaurant, which was open for an early dinner.
Disliked: Weird setup with the hairdryer. It's plugged in through a drawer which does stay open, making it awkward to use the hairdryer

Liked: For us, it was an excellent location beside an underground station within the free Heathrow transport zone and it was walking distance to a characterful pub with decent evening meal options

Staff Are Rude

Liked: Location was good - that’s about it.
Disliked: I was checked in by Muriel who had an attitude from the start and clearly didn’t want to be there. I was placed on the 2nd floor and asked out of curiosity if there was a room on a higher floor for a better view. She said that’s not possible to do on the system sadly. Her colleague working that night overheard and said no that’s not right you can do it and then proceeded to do it for me and miraculously move me to another floor with no issue. The reason I booked this hotel was based off the fact they had a pool and spa to relax after a long bus ride before a long haul flight early the next morning. I checked in around 6pm and was told about the facilities and where to find them. At no time was it mentioned that it was closing shortly for the evening and wouldn’t be open until after my checkout time the following morning. I went to get sorted in my room - walking into the room and it just smelled like dirty toilet. There was no remote control so I called down to get one sent up and mentioned the smell in the room - nothing was suggested to remedy that.I sprayed some aftershave, turned on the AC and headed down to where they directed me to find the pool and spa that they use as the main pics for all their adverting (now realising this is because there’s not much else going for the place). I was surprised to find it closed but could clearly hear people in there splashing about and chatting and went to reception to be told there was nothing they could do and it was “clearly stated on the poster by the lift” that it was closed at this time. I explained there are people in there as I can hear them and they said that was because they were in there before the time on the digital poster.
