Functional stay, nice room, nice...

Liked: Really nice rooms and hotel overall
Disliked: We found the staff quite unhelpful, abrasive and the night staff were the worst. Very slow bar service…. Bar shuts quite early also so if you’re staying over for a night out somewhere and want a nightcap, go elsewhere first.Overall we did not feel welcome there at all.

Liked: Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, cleaniness of rooms, and porsche ambience at Seabird restaurant. Very hip and vibrant atmosphere on the whole. I do like the makeup room service only provided based on request. Daily free milk and drinking water are provided. The casual and yet comfy breakfast area at Albie. I felt like I was not in London, but rather sonewhere in a hiking resort.
Disliked: Hox Benny and orange juice at Albie are a bit disappointing. It will be good if they also serve pancakes and English breakfast instead of item by item....

Perfection

Liked: We had one of the most spectacular stays of my life thanks to the Hox girls - the staff went above and beyond for us. The detail and customer service completely changed our experience and was the best stay I've ever had at any hotel ever.

Liked: Beautiful lobby and nice bar area with modern decor. Cozy room and nice lighting.
Disliked: Very small room could barely open my suitcase. no mini bar, about a 15 min drive to all central London areas.

Liked: - Chic interiors with relaxed vibes- Clean room - stunning rooftop bar with great bar staff, knew exactly how to make cocktails off the menu - quick and responsive staff for housekeeping queries - Great location, close to tube station but also within walking distance to main sights - delicious brunch
Disliked: -Bed and pillows were on the soft side -Room amenities were limited and housekeeping was not standard
