Passable

Liked: The location was convenient to our needs. Breakfasts were good.
Disliked: Constantly smelling marijuana. That goes for all of OC. If you are into pot, OC is the place to be. We didn't like walking through a common aisle shared by other guests to get to the bathroom.

Ideal location near the beach!

Liked: Host was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Ideal location a block away from the beach close to stores and restaurants. Room was comfortable and had a refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyed our stay here and plan to visit again.
Disliked: No problems everything was great during our stay
