Liked: Modern hotel, great location, very clean room, fantastic breafast with amazing vew overlooking Heidelberg.
Disliked: Smelly/really bad air on the hallway to the room

It was a good stay

Liked: Next to the main train station so very convenient and the tram stop is a few minutes walk away. The tourist office is next to it and you can buy day ticket for 2 to go around town. The room is big and the facilities in the room is new. Staff is helpful and cheerful too. A great stay.

The stay was relaxing, and...

Liked: I like everything. We had the junior suite. The receptionist was very good on giving explanations ( because we parked on the wrong parking, where you cannot pay by card and entering your plate number). The stay was luxurious, comfortable, we had a quiet stay, no luggage and talking sounds on the hallway because of the double sturdy doors, and I also have not seen the cleaning lady and the cleaning cart in the morning, like in other hotels. The breakfast was divine in the restaurant with breathtaking view.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I only could stay one night.
