Evening service including room service was superb! Beautiful and clean suite. We will go again.

Could use a little updating, and although not their fault there is construction next door. Our view was of a crane and garbage.
Liked: The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant with smiles galore. The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: There were ants all over the pool and hot tub area. I called the front desk and they did send someone to check it out and he did apologize. He sprayed a little but seemed to me it needed a full treatment. We left and did not use the facility again.

Liked: Everything else. Very comfortable and nice sized suite. Good pool area. Staff extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: $25 a day for parking.

Nickel and dime you to...
Disliked: My car want on a ride without me and a credit card was stolen and the didn?t care because my car was not damaged and my card was not use probably because we keep low balance on it and all they want to give us is are valet parking and that after 4 days after it happened then had to wait 2 weeks to get that

Will never return to this...
Liked: Location suited our needs while in town. We could walk to our destinations during our stay.
Disliked: Lack of staff to check in, the confusion of my reservation and the hotel having incorrect information of the reservation, the parking features were horrible, the king size bed in our room needed to be replaced 3 years ago. Dipped into the middle. We spent the entire night trying to roll out of the dip, not all elevators were in service, the electrical lighting for elevators were missing on our floor, the hotel appreared to be run down and obvious renovations are required, the breakfast food wasn?t that good, the hotel was confused that my room included the breakfast and tried to charge me $75.00 which was included in my original reservation, Plus it wasn?t worth that cost, we had problems after checking out, unable to exist the garage without calling for service. The front desk had to physically send someone out to the garage gate to ask us what the issue was. Since we checked out, the front desk took our room keys which left us no way out of the garage. If there were specific instructions on how to exist, it wasn?t provided at check out. Horrible experience.

A beautiful place to stay...
