Atlanta Marriott Northwest At Galleria

Hotel staff very nice and attentive but the building is in dire need of head to toe re-do. Holiday Inns on the highway are better than this hotel. Very, very unhappy with the quality of room.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Hotel in bad repair; air conditioning so noisy you could not hear the TV.

Overcharge for services

Liked: Very close to Truist Park.
Disliked: They took my $100 hold for incidentals even though I didn’t do anything to warrant it outside of two nights of parking. I was told I would receive $36 back, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund. The property sent me a copy of my invoice, but that doesn’t match what was charged to my account.

Liked: Stayed one night for a gaming convention. The staff was awesome, the convention rooms were clean and comfortable, and HUGE. The room I stayed in was very clean and quiet.
Disliked: No restaurants within walking distance. Must drive or get a rideshare.

Liked: We came in to town the watch the Braves play the hotel is the best hotel if your going to stay a few days to watch the braves hands down

Liked: There were blowers on the floor all over the hotel. Our floor looked like rooms may have had work going on, with blowers in the hall as soon as elevator doors opened. There was no mention of this at check in. It would have been nice to be informed of this.Other than that the stay at this hotel was good.
