Liked: Location is good near Paddington station
Disliked: - We ordered a triple room. In the pictures it showed 3 dingle beds. in reality we got a room with one single bed snd one 1.5 single, not enough for two people.- The hotel does not have A/C in the rooms. They provided a small fan that was not enough. The was hot weather during our stay.- They did not clean the room everyday, saying they "lack of personnel"...Therefore, in order to get clean towels we needed to bring the dirty ones to the lobby ourselves.In total, this hotel is not recommended.

Pleasant staff, but the facilities...

Liked: the staff was vey pleasant. The bed mattress was is as I like it - medium firm, quite comfy. it was fairly clean. it helps to have a lift, a lot of these old victorian buildings do not have lifts.
Disliked: There is no A-C, but that was a known fact. The fact that the sash window only had a 15cm opening range was something I did not expect. It wasn´t completely quiet with the window open, I head other buildings AC noise and surprisingly a few seagulls who woke me up early in the morning. There are no curtains - just one Persiana/Jalousie - at 6am I was stark awake from light. The room is not 12m3, that is a gross misrepresentation. I measured the room - possibly 9.5 to 10m2, and that INCLUDED the shower. As a 1 person stay, it was palatable, I had to jump over my luggage to go to the bathroom. For 2 people and 2 suitcases, it´s cramped - you would be falling over... I am not upset at the size, I am upset at what booking.com had said the size was, otherwise I wouldn´t have booked. There is no power outlet in the bathroom - for razor or toothbrush. there were a few tiny pillows, not at least one firm pillow. there is no foot towel mat in the shower, I had to use a face towel for that. No fridge, no card "clean/do not disturb"... unfortunately, other guests rated it as a good reliable WIFI hotel, but in this instance it wasn´t working. Wifi was something I wanted, I had to check out earlier than I intended to go to a coffee shop to do my emails. I didn´t think it met a 3-star expectation, there is room for improvement. It is what it is, I just wish Booking.com were honest re: what to expect.... I wouldn´t be complaining as much if it were rated a 2-star... I left feeling it wasn´t worth the price I paid for the stay.

Very good

Liked: This was our second stay in a 10 days. Great location of hotel. Walking distance from Paddington Station. Loads of good restaurants serving halal meal. The Family room was very spacious. The staff was very responsive. Good buffet breakfast.
Disliked: The room rates are a bit steep. The internet was not working on last day due to some technical issue. In breakfast if they add latte and cappuccino it would be great.

Liked: Very close to Paddington, good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Corridors to the basement floor (where twin rooms are located) are narrow for suitcases. Breakfast is sufficient, but may need variety.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is located near Arab Street(edgware road) , Oxford Street, Hyde Park and the most important tourist places. The hotel staff are very polite, especially the receptionist (Maliha) , who is very nice and cooperative and fulfills any request without hesitation.
Disliked: Small rooms, which is common in London.

Liked: The absolute best part about this hotel are the staff. So friendly, helpful and accommodating 😁

Liked: The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance from Paddington station with lots of Restaurants serving Halal food.
Disliked: The rooms rates are on a higher side and hotel management should consider reducing the same. The breakfast doesn’t have espresso coffee. The room bedsheets were not replaced /cleaned properly.

Location is the best.

Liked: The location is perfect. Just a short walk from Paddington Station to hotel. It would take around 5 minutes without luggage. The whole building blocks are all hotels and it's quite safe area. There are plenty of groceries and restaurants nearby. The room we had is 3 single beds and there is AC in the room, so it's comfortable during summer. Our room is 52.The first night we had a room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, but the double bed is not a king size so it's not comfortable to share with 2 persons in that bed. Luckily, I spoke to Mel, the front lady and she could provide me the room with 3 single beds which is more convenient for us on the next day with moving luggages for us too. Thank you to her. Our new room is on underground though, it's opposite the breakfast area but there is no problem.
Disliked: There are cleaning service everyday but no changing bedsheets. We stayed for 10 nights with same bedsheet since beginning. For ladies please prepare your shower cap. I didn't have much to say about dislike because overall is good.
