Very good

Not good and will not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fair.
Disliked: I didn’t know at the time I booked my room that the hotel was being remodeled. The floor in our room had white powdery dust, the microwave had not been installed, there was black tape in the bottom of the tub. The whole feel was cold. The young man at the desk in the morning was rude. Part of the power for the breakfast suddenly went out, it tripped a breaker.

Passable

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were out of order. That should be posted on their website. The hotel smelled horrible fumes of paint

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Leaky fan above the toilet

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable, property was close to my mother's place. Remodeling in progress.
Disliked: Booked room so my granddaughter could play in the pool with her cousins. When I booked the room it showed the pool area, nothing stated that the pool was closed for repairs until you clicked into the amenities. When I told the clerk she acted like she didn't really care. She was not friendly at all. Never saw any other employees the two days we stayed there. No microwave in the room or coffee, no plug for the bathtub.

Would stay here again.

Liked: The hotel is undergoing some renovations so it’s a little rough around the edges but my room was updated, clean and comfortable. The door to the room was almost impossible to open and close without throwing your whole body weight against it. But the gal at the front desk had warned me of that. $30 pet fee.

Poor

Liked: Our room door was falling off the hinges. We had to lift it to open and close it.There was no phone in the room.One trash can in the bathroom only.Pool and hot tub broken.Toilet handle wouldn't flush when we got there. My husband had to fix it because there was no maintenance staff or another room they could move us to.Definitely not soundproof, guests on the second floor stomping around until well after midnight.Front desk would not take $$ off our booking even though we had one less guest than originally planned. No house keeping services throughout our stay, had to take our own garbage out and go to the front desk for more towels and garbage bags.
