Liked: The hotel was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect and the staff members were so friendly and helpful. The selection of morning newspapers was greatly appreciated!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like! Were there little extras I would have liked? Perhaps, but this hotel offered good value and everything they did offer was well-done! I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: An excellent three-star hotel. In an excellent location. This was our 14th time in London. In the past we have stayed in 4-star hotels and above. This time due to the unusual increase in prices everywhere we decided to go for a three-star hotel. We were very surprised by the high standard of the hotel. The staff is simply nice and were happy to help with any questions. The room is very large compared to rooms in London. Very spacious and clean. The shower is pleasant. And the hotel is located 7 minutes walk from Oxford Circus Square. There are many excellent cafes, bars and restaurants in the hotel's surroundings. Definitely a hotel we will return to. Yes, I should note that in April there is no need for air conditioning because there are no air conditioners in the rooms, but in hot months it can be a problem, so it is worth paying attention.
Disliked: A small drawback but it didn't really bother us. The sleeping pillows are very thin. And a drawback that could be problematic in hot months is that there is no air conditioning.
