Lovely clean and fresh hotel!

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and fresh. Bed cosy and warm. The usual collection of teas and coffee were available. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The sound of the nearby underground trains was noticeable, but I daresay after a period of time it would blend into the background only, our stay wasn't long enough for this to happen!

Exceptional

Liked: We always look at location and comfort from others' reviews. This place did not disappoint.
Disliked: We were on the main floor, and we the tube line ran right beneath us. Luckily, we all wear earplugs, so it's not a problem, but it could be.
