Absolutely awful

Disliked: The room I received was missing several advertised facilities, and the overall condition was far below expectations.According to the listing, the room should have included an iron, satellite channels, and a socket near the bed. None of these were present. The absence of a socket near the bed was the most inconvenient — I was unable to charge and use my phone in bed. There was only one extension lead, which was already in use for the TV, and it appeared burnt from surge damage, posing a clear health and safety risk.Additionally:•I had to request a towel just to take a shower and was made to feel as though I shouldn’t be asking. I was only given one towel and no shower mat, which left the bathroom floor soaked.•The room was dusty, the floor was dirty, and the curtains were around 30cm too short for the window. I had to use a bedsheet to cover it for privacy.The combination of false advertising, lack of basic hygiene, safety hazards, and poor customer service made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

Disliked: Shared shower 🚿 I wouldn't put my Dog 🐕 in it ! Bathroom GRIM 🤢 !!! Room clean comfortable Didn't shower couldn't bring myself to get in the thing! Not ever seen a clean in the corners ! Never seen a paint brush either in 50 years !!! So unprofessional & unnecessary
