Great location to visit London...

Liked: Property is in the centre of city and across the road from Leicester Square tube station so a great location for theatre, museums, shopping and all London activities Staff are very friendly and accommodating There is luggage storage so you can drop off bags before check in or after check outI even left an item after check out and was able to arrange a collection to return so big thanks!
Disliked: Not much - bedrooms are clean and have everything you needs Also very quiet considering location

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: The location was very convenient as it was near a tube station, restaurants, bars and other entertainment. The staff were very accommodating. We checked-in early as the option was available. The room was very clean and bathroom amenities are good. We managed to have a good night sleep as the room is well soundproofed. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out too. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
