Great location for the West...

Liked: Great location, quiet despite being so central. Comfortable and clean room. Felt very safe. Would have liked to try the rooftop breakfast but had an early start.
Disliked: Nothing - it was a good spot for a one night stay. Would stay again.

Pleasant

Disliked: Frankly, the curb appeal was that of a homeless shelter for indigent men. Even the taxi driver had to get out of the car to find the place. “Reception” was a stool and a tiny desk (the people were terrific) in a rather dingy narrow corridor. Honestly, if the taxi hadn’t already left, I would have given staying here second thoughts. The room was great, though. Very clean, which I was happy to see.

Average room but perfect location

Liked: Great location in Leicester square opposite the tube station. Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Small room and only a double bed. Not worth what we paid but that’s London I guess

Good location. Beds too small

Disliked: The beds are way too small and only one pillow. It was very uncomfortable for 2 people to try and sleep on the same bed.
